Thursday Night in Southworth

We have arrived!!! After the battery on my Honda died in line at the Vashon/Southworth ferry dock, I arrived at the Rodstol lane farm just behind Charlie and Brandon. After some caffeine and dinner, everyone is brainstorming about how the recording is going to go tomorrow.

Luckily Kevin and I recorded our tracks two weeks ago, so I can blog and upload photos.

Impromptu Portraits

Three faces from my daily life as it was a few months ago. Sam (1) is now an au-pair in Frankfurt-am-Main in the glorious Fatherland, Alisha, (2) my former manager, has moved on to greener pastures and Nic (3) I still see every day.

(1) and (3) were taken at Nic's birthday party at King's Bar in Ballard, Washington. (2) was taken at the office and features the chair I am sitting in as I type this.

Saturday's Moxie Volleyball Event

Moxie Volleyball, a 501c3 non-profit group, runs volleyball tournaments across Western Washington, and last Saturday the group held a coed tournament on Alki Beach. The coed doubles teams battled for hundreds of dollars in cash prizes from 9am to 8 p.m. At the end of the day, Alki residents Chris Hannemann and Ariana Greer won the day's tournament, beating teams from across Western Washington. Tuesday Night Update

I would have more photos, but I was watching Total Recall with my friend Katie (pictured below).

So, since watching a movie with a beautiful woman is very important to me, just a quick update on upcoming events.

My band, the Kindness Kind, is going to Port Orchard, Wa, to continue recording our second album. It will be quite exciting and I will be posting photos on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
