I am a Seattle native now living in the SW. Since you show an interest in Seattle recent history maybe you can help me remember the name of the Chinese woman who owned the frozen foods warehouse, and her son was accused of burning it down - I believe fire fighters died fighting the blase. I think this happened in the late 80's or early 90's. Do you remember it?

Yes, it was the Mary Pang food products plant fire of 1995. 4 firefighters died when the floor collapsed, sending them into the fire pit below. I was actually still in high-school in Michigan when this happened, but learned about it as I was researching this project. The scene of the fire is only blocks away from the Wah Mee.
